Hi, I’m Sarah!
My fitness and nutrition journey started early—born with asthma, I spent much of my childhood in hospitals, relying on medication just to breathe. I was constantly exhausted and felt physically limited. Then a doctor suggested running to improve my lungs. I hated the process, but I loved how it made me feel—and that changed everything.
Since then, I’ve faced several autoimmune conditions, including Hashimoto’s, eosinophilic esophagitis, and lupus. But through consistent movement and nutrition, I’ve learned not just to manage them—but to thrive.
I don’t work out to get skinny. I do it for my physical and emotional health. Exercise has helped me navigate anxiety and depression, and I’ve experienced firsthand the power of movement to heal.
Now, I’m passionate about helping women become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves—especially those facing autoimmune or lung conditions. With the right support, I believe every woman can feel confident, capable, and well.
